Exit Counseling

The United States Department of Education ensures that all of its borrowers are well informed by providing them with exit counseling upon the completion of their education. This counseling is available on the internet at www.direct.ed.gov. Your questions or concerns can be emailed to FSAschoolspubs@ed.gov.
During your exit counseling, the federal government will provide you with up-to-date loan information, including income-based repayment plan options.
Loans disbursed between July of 2012 and June of 2014 do not enjoy federal government interest payments while loans are in a grace period.
