As an Account Specialist you will be helping people make a better future.

Your role with our clients will be to handle inbound phone inquiries and make outbound follow up phone calls in order to assist people in enrolling in the programs that are available. The goal: to help them find a solution for their financial struggles, in particular student loans.

  • You are a natural problem solver. Each person you talk to has a problem – with their finances and/or student loans. Your goal should be to find a way to help make their lives better with one of our programs.
  • You are okay with using a script and process for your position. The script and process is designed to protect the client. They allow us to provide consistent service and solutions to each person, and quality control so that we know that our clients have all the right information throughout the program.
  • You are detailed and organized. We only want people who will make sure all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed. What we do is serious business and we treat it as such.
  • You enjoy talking with people. Yes, we are dealing with people’s debt. It isn’t fun or exciting. However, we can make it as easy as possible to get relief, and get them through it without feeling like they just went to the DMV.
  • You are a positive, optimistic, hard worker. Yes – everyone ‘thinks’ they have those attributes, but not everyone does. Your success with the people you talk to and within our organization will be based on your outlook on life and how much effort you are willing to put into your work.
  • You enjoy using technology as a tool. We are heavily integrated with computer-based systems and processes in order to serve our clients.
  • You look forward to feedback because you know that constructive feedback is the only way to get better at anything. If you feel like you ‘already know it all’, then we aren’t the right place for you.
